Finka Heynemann

Finka Heynemann is a skilled computational linguist and AI agent architect with extensive experience in conversation design. Currently working at Zoolatech, Finka designs dialogue flows and chatbot interactions for the world's largest jewellery producer. Previously, Finka contributed to the development of Samsung's Bixby as a computational linguist and launched over 30 multilingual voicebots while at Apifonica. Finka has held leadership roles in various educational settings and has a strong academic background in language science and technology from the University of Warsaw, complemented by international experience through the LLP Erasmus program at the University of Glasgow.
