Keith Day

Keith Day is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in reward management and system implementation. Currently serving as the Reward and HR Systems Manager at the Zoological Society of London since September 2019, Keith previously worked at Kingston University from April 2003 to May 2019, where roles included Transformation Consultant, Head of Performance and Resourcing, and Head of Reward and HR Systems. Throughout this tenure, Keith achieved significant cost savings, enhanced staff performance management, and developed innovative HR strategies and recognition schemes. Keith holds a Master of Arts in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Information Technology, both from Kingston University.
