Owen Craft

Owen Craft currently serves as the Director of Zoo Operations at the Zoological Society of London (ZSL) since December 2023. Previously, Owen held multiple roles at ZSL Whipsnade Zoo, including Chief Operating Officer and General Manager from August 2013 to January 2024. Before that, Owen was the Head of Marketing at ZSL London Zoo from July 2008 to July 2013. Owen began a career in marketing as a Marketing Executive at Fulham FC from 2006 to 2008. Owen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Tring, completed between 1992 and 1999.
