Hailey Isaac

Hailey Isaac is an experienced educator and conservationist with a strong background in early childhood education and environmental stewardship. Currently serving as an Early Childhood Education Specialist and Seasonal Early Childhood Instructor at the Zoological Society of Milwaukee since June 2021, Hailey has previously held roles as a Lead Teacher and Assistant Teacher at KinderCare Education, and as a Conservation Educator with Americorps at Racine Zoo. Additional experience includes positions as an Extended Learning Instructor for Racine Unified School District, Environmental Education and Stewardship Assistant at Prairie Springs Environmental Education Center, and various internships related to animal care and education. Hailey obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Behavior and Biology, with a minor in Psychology from Carroll University, complementing a robust work history that began with early roles in customer service.
