Matthew Saxon is the Chief People Officer at Zoom. Prior to joining Zoom, they were the Vice President, People Operations at Meta from August 2019 to June 2022. In this role, they led the global People Operations organization and developed the strategic people roadmap and execution for all scaled delivery programs and services.

Before joining Meta, Saxon was the Senior Vice President Compensation, HR Operations and Shared Services at Humana from September 2014 to August 2019. In this role, they were responsible for leading Humana’s global compensation, HR operations and shared services teams.

Saxon began their career at Motorola Solutions, where they served as the Vice President HR Asia Pacific and Middle East from October 2010 to September 2014. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of human resources for Motorola Solutions’ Asia Pacific and Middle East businesses.

Matthew Saxon has a Bachelor of Social Science from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) in Psychology and Sociology, and an Advanced Human Resources Executive Program from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General Management.
