Martins Berins

Martins Berins has diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Martins started their career in 2004 as a Layout Designer at the National Centre for Education of the Republic of Latvia. In 2005, they worked as a Marketing Project Manager at BTA Insurance Company SE. From 2007 to 2008, Martins worked as a Freelance Web Development Specialist at BDSA Ltd.

In 2008, they joined Linedata as a Technical Consultant, where they provided second-line application support, implemented new systems, and worked on custom projects. Martins was promoted to Senior Support Analyst in 2009 and started training and mentoring new employees. Martins then worked on-site at GLG Partners/MAN Investments from 2010 to 2015 as an On-site Application Support Analyst Team Leader. After finishing their on-site work, they moved back to Linedata as a Technical Consultant until 2016.

From 2016 to 2019, Martins worked at Mogo Finance as the Head of Reporting and Business Intelligence for Hub 1. Currently, they are employed as a Product Manager at ZoomCharts since 2019. The details of their responsibilities at ZoomCharts are not provided.

Martins Berins received their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics and Business from Rīgas Ekonomikas Augstskola - Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. Martins attended the institution from 2002 to 2006 and specialized in finance and entrepreneurship. In addition to their formal education, Martins has obtained certifications in the field of data engineering and analysis from Microsoft. In 2021, they became a Microsoft Certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate (DA-100), and in 2022, they achieved the Microsoft Certified Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203) certification.
