Amy Zembrodt is an accomplished professional in the food and flavor industry with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an Associate Flavorist at ZoomEssence, Inc. since January 2016, Amy has held multiple roles including Flavorist Trainee and Flavor Specialist. Prior to this, Amy accumulated significant experience at Perfect North Slopes in food service and at Givaudan Flavors as a Quality Control Lab Technician and Flavor Technologist. Responsibilities at Givaudan included performing analytical and sensory measurements, maintaining laboratory conditions, and supporting cross-departmental needs. Earlier roles included lab technician positions at Adecco Engineering and Technical, and The Procter and Gamble Company, where analytical measurements and batch making were key tasks. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Indianapolis obtained in 2007.
