Mandie Frilling is a highly experienced professional in the beverage applications field, currently serving as Principal Scientist at ZoomEssence, Inc. since August 2021. Prior to this role, Mandie worked at Givaudan as Senior Scientist in Beverage Application from December 2017 to July 2021, and spent nearly two decades at WILD Flavors, Inc., progressing from QC Technician & Assistant Microbiologist to Associate Scientist in Flavor Creation and ultimately to Beverage Senior Scientist. Mandie holds a Master’s degree in Technology Management from Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry & Biology from Western Kentucky University.
