Hagai Bar Av has a strong background in business applications, particularly in Salesforce and CRM project management. Hagai started their career in 2009 as a SalesForce Consultant and Project Manager at Blat-Lapidot Business Applications, where they led complete project life cycles and was involved in solution architecture, customization, and business consulting. In 2014, they joined Perion as a Salesforce & Billing System Analyst, where they focused on Salesforce projects related to sales processes, quote-to-cash, service cloud, and community. Hagai also took ownership of the billing, pricing, and payment systems based on Salesforce. In 2016, Hagai joined Zerto as a Salesforce Specialist & CRM Project Manager, responsible for managing various Salesforce projects and leading the Business Application Group as a Manager. Hagai then moved on to become the Director of Business Applications at Zoomin in 2022.

Hagai Bar Av obtained their B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Ruppin College, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Hagai then pursued further education and obtained an MA in Industrial Management from Bar Ilan University, from 2013 to 2015.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Hagai Bar Av has also obtained two certifications related to Salesforce. In January 2013, they became a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, and in March 2014, they obtained the Salesforce.com Sales Cloud Certification.
