Seth Dovev

Seth Dovev is an experienced professional in customer success and client services, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at ZoomInfo since October 2023. In addition, Seth serves as an Advisor for Snoooz AI and is a Founding Member of CS Angel, a syndicate focused on investments in Customer Success and Customer Experience startups. Previously, Seth held various leadership roles at Chili Piper, Decibel, Integral Ad Science, Appssavvy, and Media Contacts, where responsibilities included managing global customer success teams, developing operational strategies, and overseeing key account portfolios. Seth holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
