Steve Dutton

Steve Dutton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer onboarding, student transitions, and leadership development. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Onboarding at ZoomInfo since February 2022, Steve manages a portfolio of up to 100 clients, focusing on product adoption, implementation, and training to meet targeted KPIs. Prior to this role, Steve held various positions at Muhlenberg College, including Assistant Dean and Director of Student Transitions, where responsibilities encompassed large-scale event planning and staff development. Additional experiences include roles at James Madison University, Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity, Lehigh University, Western Carolina University, and the University of Georgia, complemented by a Master of Education in College Student Affairs Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies.
