Craig Steed has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Craig currently holds the position of People and Culture Lead - UK/EU (Interim) at Zoomo, a leading fleet partner for commercial use e-bikes/LEVs. Prior to this, they served as the Global Head of Talent at Zoomo, where they played a key role in building a team of over 400 employees and raising over USD$100M in capital. Craig also worked as the Talent Acquisition Lead - Europe and a Talent Partner - Europe at Zoomo.

Before joining Zoomo, Craig worked as a Senior Talent Partner at Kandidate, where they supported the hiring needs of VC-backed startups, helping them scale globally across various roles and departments. Craig also served as an Interim Resourcing Lead at Amey.

Earlier in their career, Craig held a long-term role as the Director of Operations (COO) at MONARCH PERSONNEL GROUP LIMITED, where they managed recruitment process outsourcing and managed service provider functions for clients in the Aviation, Oil and Gas, and Supply Chain sectors. Craig played a crucial role in developing talent acquisition strategies and implementing innovative sourcing techniques, process automation, AI analysis, and EVP and DEI initiatives.

Craig's career started as a Graduate Civil Engineer at John Laing Construction Ltd.

Craig Steed completed a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham from 1994 to 1997. Craig later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Manchester, which they completed from 2010 to 2012.
