Jon Dabbs

Jon Dabbs has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Jon is currently working at Zoomo as a Business Intelligence Lead, a role they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Global Ops Strategy Associate from June 2021 to January 2023 and as an Operations Strategy Associate from July 2020 to June 2021.

Before joining Zoomo, Jon worked at Deliveroo as a Global Planning & Performance Associate from October 2019 to July 2020. In this role, they were responsible for improving the delivery network's performance and efficiency across all markets. Jon also contributed to the design and implementation of rider planning and performance tools, using data-driven insights to make strategic decisions.

Jon's earlier experience includes a role at ASOS.com as a Retail Trade Insight Analyst from May 2019 to October 2019. Here, they focused on pricing, promotions, and trade performance analysis, supporting key stakeholders in the organization. Jon also utilized their skills in SQL, Mix Rate Analysis, and customer segmentation to provide actionable insights.

Prior to ASOS.com, Jon began their career at HSL Chairs as a Business Immersion Intern from November 2016 to September 2017. In this role, they implemented an analytical infrastructure and introduced weekly reporting on key performance indicators for the business.

Throughout their roles, Jon has demonstrated proficiency in analytical skills, including SQL, Looker, Excel, Google Sheets, Periscope, and Adobe Analytics. Jon Dabbs pursued their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management (International Studies) from The University of Manchester from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Queen Elizabeth Grammar School, Wakefield, from 2007 to 2013, where they completed their A-Levels in Economics, Geography, and English Language. Additionally, they completed their GCSEs from the same school between 2010 and 2012.
