Carolyn Morgan

Carolyn Morgan possesses a diverse background in customer service, teaching, insurance, and media production. Currently involved in customer service at ZOOM+ since April 2016, Carolyn also serves as an insurance agent with Colonial Life, advising employees on various insurance policies, and as an instructor for the National Traffic Safety Institute, teaching court-ordered traffic safety classes. With extensive experience as a substitute teacher across multiple school districts since 2009, Carolyn has also contributed to higher education as a media writing instructor at Mt. Hood Community College. Prior to these roles, Carolyn taught English to adult professionals in Chile and spent two decades as a TV producer and sales promotions specialist at KATU Television, gaining experience in show production and advertising. Carolyn holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Elementary Education and a Master's in College Student Counseling, along with a certification in TESOL.
