Dr. Tanja Hofmann

Dr. Tanja Hofmann is an accomplished professional in the fields of Human Resources and Talent Management, currently serving in the People & Culture department at zooplus since January 2025. Prior experience includes a tenure as Vice President and Talent & Culture Lead at trivago, where responsibilities encompassed all facets of the employee life cycle for a team of 40, and leading Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, Employment Service, and Payroll. Dr. Hofmann also held multiple managerial roles at Deloitte, overseeing Human Capital advisory projects and focusing on workforce transformation, alongside previous positions in compensation consulting and academic engagements at RWTH Aachen University and Universität Duisburg-Essen. Educational achievements include multiple doctoral degrees in Personnel Economics from RWTH Aachen University and University of Duisburg-Essen, and a Diplom in Economics from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg.
