Marie-Luise Lauterbach has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of People Growth & Engagement at zooplus since December 2017, where previous roles included Head of Corporate People & Organisational Development and Senior Corporate People & Organisational Development Manager. Prior to zooplus, Marie-Luise was an HR Consultant at MHP – A Porsche Company and an HR Business Partner at windeln.de SE, where an earlier position also included HR Generalist at allabouthrlaw. Marie-Luise began a career at IBM, working as a Solution Sales Representative and Student Trainee in HR, Marketing, and Sales. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in International Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a Master of Arts in International Business from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Marketing from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
