Sandro Konderla

Sandro Konderla has extensive work experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and direct marketing. Sandro is currently working as a Team Lead Direct Marketing (Central) at zooplus since 2021. Prior to that, Sandro held the position of Head of CRM at Jochen Schweizer mydays Group from 2020 to 2021 and Team Lead eCRM & Customer Data from 2019 to 2020. Sandro also worked at mydays GmbH as a Teamlead eCRM & Customer Data from 2016 to 2019 and as a Direct Marketing Manager / eCRM from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, Sandro has experience as a CRM Manager and Junior CRM Manager at lastminute.com from 2014 to 2015 and 2012 to 2014 respectively. Sandro has also worked as a Technical Support Administrator at Y-cam Solutions Ltd in 2012 and as a Customer Service Representative at Charles Tyrwhitt from 2011 to 2012.

Sandro Konderla has a Bachelor of Arts in Business (B.A.) in e-Business from the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. Sandro also holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in International Tourism Management & e-Business from The Manchester Metropolitan University, which they completed in 2010-2011. In addition, Sandro briefly attended the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2009, but it is unclear if they obtained a degree from there.
