Michael Kummer

Michael Kummer has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Managing Counsel at Zoot Enterprises since September 2016, where responsibilities include legal and regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and intellectual property management. Prior experience includes roles as a Cloud Deal Manager at Oracle, focusing on cloud service agreements, and as a Law Clerk for the United States Senate Committee on Finance with a focus on tax policy research. Additional experience includes assisting in-house counsel at the Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation and working as a Summer Law Clerk at Jones Vargas. Michael holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center and a Juris Doctor from The University of Montana School of Law, along with an MBA from The University of Montana - College of Business, and dual B.S. degrees in Business Administration and Paralegal Studies from the University of Providence.
