James Novak

James Novak is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Zoovu since November 2022, where the focus is on enhancing product discovery through AI-driven solutions. Prior to this role, James was the Chief Executive Officer at Fiix Software from June 2014 to July 2022, successfully leading the company in raising approximately $60 million in venture capital. James also held key leadership positions at BlackBerry, including Vice President/General Manager for the Partner & Channel Business Unit, overseeing $1 billion in sales, and Director of Carrier Management, where significant growth was achieved in global partnerships.
