Jonathan Taylor

Jonathan Taylor has extensive experience in technology and leadership roles. Jonathan is currently the Chief Technology Officer, Director, and Co-Founder of Zoovu, a company focused on digital engagement and personalized conversations. Prior to Zoovu, Jonathan was the Chief Technology Officer at SmartFocus, where they were responsible for one-to-one personalization and real-time interaction management. Jonathan also served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Sentillian and Chief Technology Officer at 3i-MIND, both AGT International portfolio companies. Jonathan has a background in strategic technical architecture, having held the role of VP Strategic Technical Architecture at AGT International. Jonathan has also worked in various leadership positions at IntraLinks, TCS, Opera Software, Citicards, and Chordiant Software. Throughout their career, Jonathan has demonstrated a strong focus on leveraging technology and data to drive business growth and innovation.

Jonathan Taylor attended Durham Sixth Form from 1997 to 1999, where they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Subsequently, they attended Durham University from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Software Engineering and Computer Science.
