Anand Rajaraman

Anand Rajaraman is a software engineer specializing in perception optimization, currently employed at Zoox since June 2024. Prior to this role, Anand served as a Senior Perception Engineer at Agility Robotics, focusing on optimizing 2D object detection models and exploring 3D point cloud pose estimation for bipedal robots. Anand's experience includes a tenure as Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Magna Electronics following the acquisition of Optimus Ride, where Anand held roles as Technical Lead and Software Engineer in perception. Academic contributions include assisting graduate-level courses at the University of Pennsylvania and conducting research in robotics and machine perception.
