Daniel Baker is an accomplished professional in the automotive industry, currently serving as Manager for Robot Dynamics, Comfort, and Sound at Zoox since January 2018. Daniel has held multiple managerial roles at Zoox, focusing on NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) and sustainability. Prior to Zoox, Daniel was a Senior NVH Engineer at Faraday Future from January 2016 to December 2017 and had significant experience at Hyundai Kia America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) as both NVH Engineer II and NVH Engineer I from September 2010 to December 2015. Daniel began their career with Toyota, participating in several co-op positions from 2007 to 2009, and also gained experience as an Interior Product Development Intern at DaimlerChrysler in 2007. Daniel holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.
