Irene Ruan

Irene Ruan is an experienced Firmware Validation Engineer and Test Engineer currently at Zoox since August 2020, where responsibilities include determining hardware and firmware test requirements, automating factory acceptance tests, and developing hardware-in-the-loop feature tests for firmware validation. Previous experience includes serving as a System Test Engineer at Viasat Inc. from January 2018 to August 2020, focusing on transceiver test software development and RF performance testing. Irene started a career as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania from June 2016 to December 2017 while earning a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the same institution.
