Josh Pakdeljam

Josh Pakdeljam is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in advanced hardware manufacturing and new product introduction. Currently serving as a Senior Advanced Hardware Manufacturing Engineer at Zoox since December 2021, Josh provides critical design for manufacturability input to R&D teams and ensures the effective assembly of pilot manufacturing processes. Prior roles include NPI Manufacturing Engineer at Outset Medical and Manufacturing Engineer at BD, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing manufacturability, conducting design reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements. With a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of New Mexico and a Bachelor’s degree from Azad University of Tehran, Josh has also contributed to academic research in thermo-mechanical behavior and has led design projects as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Alborz Robotic.
