Lisa Ratner

Lisa Ratner is a seasoned User Experience Researcher with extensive experience in user-centered design and advocacy for inclusivity and accessibility in transportation. Currently serving as a Sr. User Experience Researcher at Zoox, Lisa focuses on deepening user empathy and integrating safety and accessibility policies into product design. Previous roles include User Experience Researcher at Cubic Transportation Systems and Lyft, where Lisa contributed to the development of accessibility frameworks and initiatives. As a Board Member of the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition, Lisa champions sustainable transportation solutions. Lisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Media Studies from Scripps College and a Certificate in Transportation & City Planning from UC Berkeley.
