Pirabakaran Muthiah

Pirabakaran Muthiah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in embedded systems and software engineering, currently serving as a Senior Software Systems Engineer at Zoox since February 2023. Prior to this role, Muthiah held key positions at Motional as Principal Engineer and Embedded Software Safety Expert, where contributions included the development of technical safety concepts for autonomous vehicles. As a Principal Functional Safety Engineer at LHP Engineering Solutions, Muthiah supported customers in designing safety-critical embedded systems under ISO-26262 standards. Experience also includes serving as Senior Project Manager at UTC Aerospace Systems, overseeing embedded software projects for aerospace products, and as Group Project Manager at HCL Technologies, managing development and verification of safety-critical aerospace systems. Muthiah began a career as a Team Leader at SANDS INSTRUMENTATION PRIVATE LIMITED, focusing on embedded and desktop software applications.
