Rachel Spykerman

Rachel Spykerman is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in robotics and software engineering. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Zoox since August 2023, Rachel previously held the same title at Canvas Construction from September 2019 to August 2023, where leadership included managing a robotic software team focused on machine learning, computer vision, and firmware development. Rachel's earlier roles encompass significant contributions at Evodyne Robotics as a Robotics Engineer and positions at GLOBALFOUNDRIES and Linear Technology, with a strong foundation in physical design, layout testing, and technical support. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
