Richie Miller

Richie Miller is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in fleet support engineering and technical support operations. At Zoox, since January 2020, Richie has scaled the Fleet Support Engineering team from 2 to 20 members, implementing effective issue resolution processes for a growing fleet of L3 autonomous vehicles. Prior to Zoox, Richie served at KLA-Tencor for nearly nine years, supervising worldwide technical support operations and utilizing data-driven analysis to enhance equipment reliability. Richie's foundational experience includes service in the US Navy, where roles spanned from General Engineer to Maintenance Manager at a nuclear power plant, demonstrating strong leadership in complex engineering environments. Richie holds a Graduate Certificate in Data Science from Harvard Extension School and a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University.
