Ryan McGaughey

Ryan McGaughey is an experienced Senior Homologation Engineer at Zoox since March 2019, with a strong background in homologation testing from previous roles at Tesla and other organizations. At Tesla, Ryan managed non-crash global homologation testing across various vehicle platforms, focusing on range, vehicle dynamics, and compliance. Prior experience includes a Test Engineer position at Transportation Research Center Inc., where Ryan executed dynamic and durability testing for diverse vehicles, and an engineering role at Honda of America Mfg., Inc., where Ryan was involved in the design and verification of in-car computer systems. Ryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, completed in 2012.
