Sevgi Hiroshima

Sevgi Hiroshima is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as a People SW at Zoox since January 2022, Sevgi leads a team of People Partners supporting Software, focusing on talent strategies, performance management, and employee relations while providing expertise in compensation and diversity initiatives. Prior to Zoox, Sevgi excelled at Cadence Design Systems for over a decade, holding various roles including HR Director & Business Partner, where responsibilities included developing organizational talent strategies and driving employee engagement. Earlier experience includes HR roles at Denali Software, Inc., where Sevgi coordinated university programs and supported HR operations. Sevgi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Studies from San Jose State University, being recognized as a Dean's Scholar.
