Steve Templin

Steve Templin currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Manufacturing Engineering for Advanced Hardware Manufacturing Operations at Zoox since May 2022. Prior to this role, Steve spent over 25 years at United Airlines, where Steve held various director-level positions including Director of Supply Chain Safety & Compliance, Director of Engine Overhaul and Repair, and Director of Powerplant Service Engineering. Responsibilities included managing compliance, production, engineering tasks, and operational leadership for engine maintenance operations. Steve's expertise encompasses quality management systems, risk-based problem-solving, and engineering support for maintenance processes. Educationally, Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara.
