Anthony Andrews

Anthony Andrews is an experienced operations and training professional with a strong background in learning and development. Currently serving as Operations Training Manager at Zopa Bank since January 2024, Anthony previously held multiple roles at Intrum, including Global Front Office Training & Onboarding Manager and Senior Learning and Development Specialist, where CIPD certification was obtained. Prior experience includes working as a Police Officer for the Metropolitan Police, and as a Project Management Officer for Croydon Council, overseeing organizational responsibilities for project teams. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science and Technology from the University of Kent and has furthered education with CIPD qualifications.
