Yiling Cheah

Yiling Cheah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and product management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the COO at Zopa Bank, Yiling leads strategic initiatives and operational priorities. Previous roles at Zopa include Head of Current Account Product Operations, where Yiling launched the beta current account and managed product delivery related to debit card technology and fraud prevention, and Head of Strategy, successfully securing a £220 million investment from Softbank. Prior to Zopa, Yiling was the Commercial Lead for the P2P Investment product at BIMA, overseeing a global sales team and initiating a Women's Empowerment program. Yiling has also held roles as a Business Development Manager, MBA Summer Intern, and Consultant, with a strong educational background that includes a Master of Public Administration from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce from The Wharton School and UNSW.
