Shahnawaz Abid has a significant amount of work experience in various roles and positions. Shahnawaz started their career as an Executive at ATS Services Pvt Ltd in 2004, where they worked until 2006. Shahnawaz then progressed to become a Team Lead in Sales in 2006 and a Team Leader in Collections in 2007. From 2008 to 2013, Shahnawaz served as a Senior Team Lead (Assistant Manager) at ATS Services Pvt Ltd, overseeing collections and managing a team of executives and team leaders.

In 2013, they joined Kotak Mahindra Bank as a Senior Manager, leading the Telesales channel for the collection of life insurance products. Shahnawaz managed a team and focused on achieving persistency/retention of ULIPs and traditional insurance plans.

In 2016, Shahnawaz transitioned to Zopper, where they held various roles. Shahnawaz started as an Assistant Manager (Seller Support), managing a team of FTEs and improving team performance through quality support and coaching. Shahnawaz then became a Sales Manager, responsible for identifying and onboarding new clients for Zopper's billing software. Currently, they work as the Vertical Head Sales - LFR, leading a team and nurturing partner relationships with large format retail chain stores such as Croma (a TATA Enterprise).

Throughout their career, Shahnawaz Abid has gained experience in sales, team management, collections, and customer service.

Shahnawaz Abid completed their MBA in Marketing from PMU University Delhi in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from MDU University Rohtak in 2006. Additionally, they have been certified by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for Debt Recovery. The specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
