Russell has over ten years of experience in the telecommunications industry, having previously worked as a Mobile Networking Specialist for CJSC Belarussian Telecommunication Network and as an IT entrepreneur. Russell is a skilled network engineer and has a deep understanding of how mobile networks operate. In their free time, Russell enjoys hiking and spending time with their family.
