Lauren Francois Howell is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Manager in Talent Management at the Defense Intelligence Agency since December 2016. Additionally, Lauren has been involved with Zora's Cradle since February 2023, holding the position of Secretary on the Board of Directors for a maternity program focused on providing essential services to expectant mothers, with an emphasis on addressing racial disparities in maternal health affecting Black women. Zora's Cradle
Zora's Cradle will be a maternity home that will provide essential services to expectant mothers through a holistic approach. One of the primary objectives of the program is to address the racial disparities that persist in maternal morbidity and infant health amongst Black Women.
