Mason Grassfield has extensive work experience in the food industry. Mason is currently the Director of New York City Operations at Zordi, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked for The Meatless Farm Co as an Innovation Manager from November 2019 to November 2022. Mason also has experience as a Culinary Purchaser at Food Network from March 2014 to October 2019. In addition, they worked as a Food Stylist at HelloFresh from October 2017 to May 2018 and as an Entrepreneur at Square Roots from September 2016 to December 2017.
Mason Grassfield's education history includes attending The Culinary Institute of America from 2013 to 2014, where they studied Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager. They then went on to complete a Leadership Certificate at Dale Carnegie Training from 2018 to 2019, focusing on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
