Lotte de Block

Lotte de Block has extensive experience in human resource management and functional application management. Currently serving as a Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder ONS & AFAS at Zorgcentra Meerlanden since February 2013, Lotte played a key role in the implementation of ONS & AFAS in 2022, focusing on user inquiries, form and workflow setup, and process optimization. Previous roles include HRM Adviseur, HRM medewerker, and Facilitair medewerker with responsibilities ranging from managing meals to HR processes. Past experience also includes a Junior HR Adviseur position and HRM roles at SHDH, as well as a recruitment internship at Bayfield Recruitment. Lotte's educational background includes a Post HBO in Zorginformatica from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and a degree in Human Resource Management from Hogeschool Leiden.
