Marian van Roosmalen

Marian van Roosmalen has extensive experience in various leadership and consultancy roles within the healthcare and organizational sectors. Currently serving as the Voorzitter Raad van Toezicht and a member of the Raad van Toezicht at Zorgcentra Meerlanden, Marian also holds the position of Bestuurder at WIJdezorg and Assessor at Sioo. Since 2009, Marian has been the owner of van Roosmalen Interim-management, providing HRM consultancy, interim management, coaching, and organizational advice. Previous roles include Directeur-Bestuurder at HSB de Vijverhof, Interim Manager at Stichting ZONBOOG, and various leadership positions at Florence and Rode Kruis Ziekenhuis. Educational credentials include a Master of Change Management from Tilburg University and a degree in Arbeidsvoorziening/personeelsbeleid from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, along with additional qualifications in coaching and organizational change management.
