Arnout Gelsing

Arnout Gelsing is an experienced professional currently serving as Teammanager Personeels- en Salarisadministratie at Zorggroep Almere since February 2022, where responsibilities include managing a team within personnel, payroll, and absentee administration, leading major projects, including the implementation of AFAS and organizational transitions. Earlier in the career, Arnout held the position of Programma Manager Digitaal, successfully overseeing several ICT projects. From 2008 to June 2023, Arnout coached and trained select field hockey teams at De Almeerse Hockey Club, focusing on the physical, mental, tactical, and technical development of players aged 15 to 18.
