Gwenda van der Wal

Gwenda van der Wal is a seasoned professional in the field of geriatrics and physiotherapy, currently serving as a Lean Consultant (Green Belt) and Digicoach at ReHA since April 2022. With extensive experience at Zorggroep Almere since April 2009 as a Vice Chairman of the Works Council and a Master of Science in Geriatric Physiotherapy, Gwenda has developed a strong expertise in geriatric care, working at the Geriatric Expertise Center and previously in first-line physiotherapy. Additional qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Healthcare Management from NCOI Opleidingen and ongoing training in Lean Six Sigma. Educational accolades consist of a Master’s degree from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and a Bachelor’s degree from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, along with specialized training in neurorehabilitation.
