Leonie Kuipers

Leonie Kuipers is a seasoned Senior Adviseur HRM at Zorggroep Sint Maarten, where extensive experience in elder care services has been gained since September 2004. Prior to this role, Leonie contributed as Waarnemend hoofd P&O at VVT in 2006, focusing on the harmonization of HR departments post-merger. Additionally, experience includes an internship at Plegt-Vos Bouwgroep in HRM. Leonie holds a Bachelor's degree in HRM from Saxion University of Applied Sciences and has completed various training programs, including a Green Belt Lean and courses on organizational consultancy.
