Patricia Teesink is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Manager HRM & Academie en Centrale Telefonistenpost at Zorggroep Sint Maarten since July 2019, Patricia previously held multiple managerial roles at Carintreggeland, including Manager HRM & Facilitair/Inkoop & Servicecentrum and HR Manager, focusing on the development and implementation of HR policies and coaching leadership principles. Earlier experience includes roles as an HR Advisor and Project Leader at Carintreggeland, and as an Organization Consultant at BPI - Business Process Innovation. Patricia began their career as a Personnel Officer at H.W. Diepemaat B.V.
