Aafke de Vrij

Aafke de Vrij currently serves as Projectleider at Zorgwaard since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Manager Wijkzorg and Projectleider Thuis in de Kern at Alerimus from January to May 2022, and as Zorgmanager at buro Nexus from September 2020 to December 2021. Aafke was the owner of Avzorg from November 2019 to December 2020 and held the position of Bestuurder at Avema zorg between July and November 2019. Additionally, Aafke worked as Zorgmanager at Hervormde Stichting Sonneburgh from March to July 2019 and as Zorgmanager at Directzorg Nederland B.V. from April 2012 to February 2019. Educational qualifications include a nursing degree from Albeda College, obtained between 1998 and 2002, and completion of a training program at ISBW Opleiding & Training from February 2022 to February 2023.
