Zulal Ozturk Kaya

Zulal Ozturk Kaya, PhD, currently serves as the Human Resources General Manager at Zorlu Holding, overseeing HR functions across multiple groups including Zorlu Textile, Property, and Mining since September 2015. With extensive experience in human resources, positions previously held by Zulal include Human Resources Director and HR Manager at SİF JCB, where responsibilities encompassed HR management, budget planning, and performance management, alongside roles in organizational development and quality systems at Garanti Bank and Arçelik A.Ş.
