Nora Cox

Nora Cox is a prominent health policy advocate currently serving as a Board Member for the Zorya Foundation and the Chief Executive Officer of the Texas e-Health Alliance, a non-profit organization that promotes health information technology and e-health initiatives. With a career spanning over two decades, Nora founded the Texas e-Health Alliance in 2009 to enhance the involvement of health information technology stakeholders in public policy, positioning the organization as a leading advocate for digital health solutions statewide and nationally. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Strategic Partnerships, Inc., Deputy Director for Budget, Planning and Policy at the Texas Office of the Governor, and Senior Advisor at the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. Nora holds a BA in Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
