Erum is a skilled professional with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and data science, currently serving as the VP of AI & Data Led Business Transformation at Zostel since November 2024. Previously, Erum held the position of Head of Artificial Intelligence & Data Science at Hiration, Inc. from January 2020 to July 2024 and was a Data Science Manager at Postman from February 2017 to December 2019. Prior roles include Analytics Lead and Analytics Specialist at TransOrg Analytics and co-founding Citizens for Accountable Governance. Early in the career, Erum worked as a Marketing Analyst at HSBC, where contributions included redefining retail tiers for better customer value assessment and developing customer attrition and propensity models. Erum earned a Master of Science in International Economics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, in 2012.
