Aigerim Naurazbayeva

Aigerim Naurazbayeva is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical support and customer service, currently serving as the Head of Support at Zotapay since July 2018, following roles as Technical Support Team Leader and Technical Support Specialist. Prior experience includes serving as Purser at Air Astana from January 2011 to January 2018, and as Assistant Director at Dega Optical, where responsibilities included managing staff and overseeing visa processes.
