Imagine sharing a job link with your friends, and when someone in your network lands the job, everyone who helped spread the word gets a slice of the bounty.

Welcome to Zote – the future of recruitment, where your network is your net worth. At Zote, we're transforming the way the world sees referrals, making every link you share an opportunity not just for job seekers but for everyone in the chain.

Here's how it works: A company posts a job on our platform, let's say, for a large language model specialist in London, offering a £5,000 bounty. A unique link is then generated and starts circulating within personal and professional networks. When you receive the link, you have two options: apply if the job fits you or, even better, generate your own link to forward to the perfect candidate in your network. This isn't just about passing along information – it’s about rewarding the collective effort of a community.

Our platform, grounded in the principle of the 'six degrees of separation,' leverages blockchain technology to track the dissemination of each link – from clicks to shares and everything in between. This not only ensures transparency but also celebrates the communal effort, turning every referral into a potential gain for everyone involved.

But that’s not all. Unlike traditional application processes that are cumbersome and lengthy, Zote keeps it straightforward: receive a link, apply or share, and potentially earn. It’s that simple. And in today’s digital age where sharing links has become second nature, we offer the link that can actually reward you, turning everyday actions like sharing job opportunities on LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other platforms into potential earnings.

With Zote, we’re more than just a recruitment platform; we’re a movement. We represent the evolution of referrals, where human-driven technology meets the power of community. We stand as the dynamic alternative to conventional recruitment agencies.
