Casandra Curtis has a strong background in business development and client development within the healthcare industry. Casandra most recently served as Vice President of Client Development at Zotec Partners, where they optimized financial capabilities for healthcare organizations. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Business Development at Pendrick Healthcare Partners, managing over $52B in assets and expanding delivery options in the collection industry. Before that, Casandra held various business development roles at CIPROMS, Inc., Aegis Health Group, OPTUM, Inc., and AIM Healthcare, Inc. Casandra began their career as a Freelance Production Assistant at CMT.

Casandra Curtis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Telecommunications from Purdue University from 1998 to 2001. In addition, they obtained a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) in May 2021.
